Baked bakery- where the old ohara and flynn was on east bay- the decor is super spiffy- like a new pair of white converse that you want to rub around in the dirt- beautiful lights, walnut furniture, deep brown leather cushions with orange piping, icing walls made of layers of trim and really nice penny round tile work… overall i liked it but i almost felt like the atmosphere was distracting- like the food was an afterthought. also it is super corporate feeling… you can tell the owners have a marketing/design background… BUT i really liked my sandwich (gruyere & ham) and the latte was perfect. i would go again but i definitely prefer sugar bakeshop on cannon (only thing i would miss would be the comfortable booths).
